Elizabeth Zeng

PhD Student

Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis, where she conducted research in the Joshua Blodgett Actinobacteria Lab. She is broadly interested in using synthetic biology to engineer microbial communities for improved environmental health. Her current work focuses on developing tools to better understand phage host range within native environments. Outside the lab, Elizabeth enjoys cooking and crocheting.
